Apple Watch Activity

Three Rings, One Goal:

On the Activity app you will see three different rings (Red, Green an Blue).

Each one will represent a different action, such as standing up. 


Red:

This ring represents the Move, this means that every movement that you do is record in this ring (example: clapping your hands).

In other words, this rings represent the calories that you have burned in the day.


Green:

This other rings represents the exercise that you do, such as swimming, cycling, walking…

This is record by starting a train or just by doing exercise*.

If you don't complete this or any of the other rings, SIRI will motivate you helping to complete the rings.

You can use many apps such as "Just Do It" also to record your exercise.

*Later you want be able the analysis of your train


Blue:

The last ring represent the time you are up.

Standing up is very important for you to reduce your weigh and prevent some diseases.

if you are stand up to much time SIRI will remined  you to stand up and move a little bit.

 


Monthly challenges:

Siri will propose challenges to complete your rings and if you complete it you will receive an achievement.

 

Share:

You will be able to share your activity with your friends and even make some competitions between each other to make more exercise and the one who wins will recibe an achievement*
